The masterfully crafted design unites the national symbols of Britannia and Liberty, a physical representation of the ‘special relationship’ – a phrase coined by Sir Winston Churchill in 1946 – shared between the United Kingdom and the United States. Inspired by the concept of court cards, Britannia and Liberty share equal prominence in this masterfully crafted design that represents the skill and experience of each Chief Engraver.
